All services must be booked in advance. We recommend booking your appointment online or via phone/WhatsApp.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
3. Payment
Payments are accepted via cash or bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Health & Safety
For your safety, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be safe for you.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced to ensure other clients are not affected. Full charges will apply.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.

We expect all clients to behave respectfully. Any inappropriate behaviour or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the service.
9. Liability
By booking an appointment, you agree to release Bodyssey Massage from any liability for adverse reactions to treatments.
